Works include full asbestos removal, a complete roof replacement, and both front and rear extensions to enhance internal functionality and street presence. The project scope extends to a total internal refurbishment, incorporating new finishes, updated layout planning, and modern amenities throughout.

This design is based on a complex battle-axe block with a Sydney Water Sewer Main running through the center of the block. It is a corner block with a substantial slope. We have designed this project to maximise client benefit & minimise financial impact of the sites easement issues.
