Our design intention was to create A modern hamptons style home suitable for the hills District. Hamptons style homes have a high level of external detailing & finesse which will make this home stand out once completed.
A concealed grannyflat is positioned on the right of this home with its own carport.

OVERVIEW
This project is a knockdown & Re-build of a dual storey home & attached grannyflat, complete with landscaping. This project commenced demolition in June 2024 & will be completed late February 2025.
Contemporary style - beecroft

Design intent
This design is based on a complex block with difficult site conditions. It is a corner block with a substantial slope. The brief was to complete a Contemporary Style dual storey home & attached grannyflat with the intent of investment return, which is what we have delivered.

We are to commence a complete renovation of an existing home. We will modernise, display class & bring warmth throughout the home by updating room layouts & finishes. This will provide its owners with a fresh new space suited to their needs & tastes, as well as add value to this property if they chose to sell at a latter date.
