This project entails the construction of a new dual-storey luxury residence on a waterfront battle-axe allotment in Hunters Hill, NSW. Designed to maximise views and privacy, the dwelling will be positioned to take full advantage of its water frontage while integrating seamlessly with the natural surrounds.
The home will feature state-of-the-art amenities including a vehicular turntable, a double car stacker system for efficient parking, and a passenger lift providing convenient access to both levels. A sophisticated interior design will showcase a high-end material palette, bespoke joinery, and premium finishes throughout.
Architecturally, the residence aims to deliver contemporary elegance, functional spatial planning, and an exceptional standard of craftsmanship. The project embodies a considered approach to luxury waterfront living—balancing modern form, comfort, and performance with understated refinement and enduring quality.

Complete Cottage RENOVATION

Project overview
A complete cottage renovation is to commence at the start of 2026. This project involves the comprehensive renovation and extension of an existing cottage residence. Works include full asbestos removal, a complete roof replacement, and both front and rear extensions to enhance internal functionality and street presence. The project scope extends to a total internal refurbishment, incorporating new finishes, updated layout planning, and modern amenities throughout.
The renovation will revitalise the existing dwelling, improving structural performance, thermal comfort, and compliance with current building standards. The design intent balances preservation of the cottage’s original character with contemporary upgrades to suit modern living while ensuring quality craftsmanship and cohesive detailing across all stages of construction.

This design is based on a complex battle-axe block with a Sydney Water Sewer Main running through the center of the block. It is a corner block with a substantial slope. We have designed this project to maximise client benefit & minimise financial impact of the sites easement issues.

This design is based on a complex block with difficult site conditions. It is a corner block with a substantial slope. The brief was to complete a Contemporary Style dual storey home & attached grannyflat with the intent of investment return, which is what we have delivered.
